Past * weeks continously iam placing an order to get a mobile.Each time amazon cancel it or pospone it.One of the orders delivery guys refused saying he doesnt know exchange process.I have placed more then ** complaint through customer care but none of them is being taken care.I have amazon coupon amount stuck with amazon else i wouldnt continue with amazon.I wanted this issue to be escalated in social media with high priority.i will attached the order details.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
