Professional courier service - Worst response from agents

Hi Team,
My courier was reached to my location almost ** days back and still yet receive, * days back i found the number and contacted to the courier office. At that time they said they will check and let us know the status.
Again today morning i tried almost *-* times but there no response, after few min tried with new number then they responded. I have asked the reason for delay, they said they are not getting the salary since * months, so they are not ready to deliver the product within the time. I raised a concern in that case why they are taking the courier parcel. This is not a correct way to respond to the customer. I don't know how many days still i have to get my courier.
