I purchased a refurbished computer from Newjaisa Technologies through Amazon. But the power button was not working so I raised the complain & the Newjaisa Technical team asked me send the CPU to their office for repair. After few days they sent back the CPU & when I connected the CPU with the system, the message shown on screen that the Harddisk is missing & after few times the SMPS got damaged. Then I took it to the local service center & got it repaired & had to install harddisk. For this I had to incur Rs.*,***/-.
