Shirt Ex - Worst quality shirt delivered

I ordered three men's combo casual shirts on **/**/**** online of Rs ****/= which was prepaid.
When the order was delivered on **/**/**** ,I was away from home and was received by my family.
Today on **/**/** when I opened the package found lowest quality worst product which didn't match match with the Shirts what I had ordered...This is a cheating on the name of online shopping and should be treated as fraud company..ShirtEx..and product should be exchanged unconditionally, I will definitely lodge a case in the consumer forum for this froud.
I want justification and justice...
