Nivia Sports - worst material used for making of basketball

I had bought a basketball pn ** july **** from a local shop. At the time of purchasing , shop keeper didn't give the bill. But after few days rubber of the ball starts getting off from the ball. When I showed the ball to shopkeeper, he told me that now there's no stamp of company on the ball now. Beacuse I have no bill right now because he didn't give it to me , shopkeeper is not accepting his ball ,now the ball is not useable in under just one month of purchasing. Due to the worst material used for making the ball , it is now useless. I want to lodge a complaint against both company and shopkeeper. Please help me.
