Hotel O Chidambaram city centre - Worst hotel service

Terrible experience! The room was extremely unclean—dusty kitchen sink, spider webs, and a rotten smell in both the room and bathroom. It was nauseating. The receptionist was unresponsive and didn’t seem to care. No one was there to guide us for parking. The AC wasn’t working, and when I complained about the bad smell, the receptionist simply offered to spray perfume instead of fixing the issue. No housekeeping service, no mineral water provided. Absolutely the worst hotel experience—avoid at all costs. We weren't able to sleep whole night due to bad smell and there is no other option to get other room as we reached at **.**pm
