Tony and Guy Udupi - Worst haircut at Tony and Guy Udupi

Had the worst experience in this salon. Went for haircut on *nd July **** and the hairdresser Bani chopped off my hairs very badly. I just told her I want a U cut with layers on front, and I want to maintain the length. As I have done hair Botox treatment and balayage on my hair few months back.
She chopped of extra hairs from front, looking like blunt cut from front and she made back side straight. No U cut was done.
I complained about the disaster to the Manager named Reshma , she told me that there might be some communication gap that’s why bani did this.
I told bani in simple language speaking in Hindi … A simple u cut with layers..
The manager Reshma and hairdresser bani were busy taking my video before haircut for making reels before the cut. That’s why she didn’t listen what I wanted on my hair.
when I was upset she called another hairdresser Utsav. And thanks to him he fixed my hair. But made my hairs very short.
My hair was straighten and coloured and long till my waist before visiting the salon.
Really I don’t expect such things from a well known salon like Tony & Guy. They should keep experienced hairdressers..
