Anix Mart Ved Road Surat Gujarat - Worst Fraud company Denied for Refund when not delivered what we booked Worst product sent

I booked a kurti and Silk based frill Plazzo.
But they sent me simple worst polyster Pajama and gown types product not atall as shown or described in product that we booked..We received totally different items. They are not picking calls, after ** days now they saying No refund No return. while Booking they said they will refund it back if not satisfactory. They not providing any manager contact also.
