Country Holidays Travel - Worst experience with Country Holidays Travel

I did not use any services from Country Holidays Travel due to false commitments made by their sales team. I requested a refund, but till date my money has not been refunded.

Earlier, when I posted a negative review on MouthShut and Tripadvisor, their team called me and requested me to remove the review, promising that my refund would be processed immediately. Trusting their assurance, I removed my review. However, even after multiple follow-ups and even after the refund date they themselves committed, the amount has still not been credited to my account.
This is highly unprofessional and misleading behavior. False promises, delaying refunds, and asking customers to remove reviews without resolving the issue is completely unacceptable. This has been a very bad and stressful experience. I strongly advise others to be cautious before dealing with this company.
