The Professional Courier - Worst delivery service

I am very disappointed with your company's poor services. * week has been over I did not receive my parcel. I raised a complaint on delay of my goods from Madurai. There was no response after the complaint too.And finally when I went to the professional couriers in person they told we don't have your goods and they directed to some other branch in Thinnur , Hosur. And I went there and then they told me we only have the goods so come back again to Shanthi Nagar branch. They don't care about the transport expenses we underwent moreover this it leads to the damage and mental anguish suffered as the result of cargo parcels mistreatmen.Totally this complaint is about the worst and irresponsible behaviour at Hosur office.
