Firstly, we are unable to contact the respective company. Secondly, the respective company promised and gave a free subscription for * year but now they are charging for each & every single channel before the end of * year. They are removing the channels day by day without any prior notice. Indirectly, they are forcing us to pay for the channels we want to see even when we have taken up for a free subscription. They are the worst service providers one could ever have!
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
