We have booked online and we reached before scheduled time. We were asked to take token on arrival despite our booking. After some time, when we enquired as we were not called,they said they have closed our token as we were not present. But thats impossible as we were sitting right infront the whole time.Regardless we were asked to take token again. Worst experience ever.For evidence you can check CCTV footage from *.** pm to *pm on Sep ** ****.This happened on icare apple authorized service centre, westfort.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
