Fishaway.in - worst customer experience and cheating from fishaway

Hi,
I am an aquarium hobbyist. Last month I came across the site fishaway.in mentioning they supply live fish across India. I called them up to verify and its owner Vijay Anand talked with me. After confirmation I placed the order and he told me that it will be delivered within * days. I placed the order on **th November , invoice reference #IN******. I transferred rupees **** to Mr Vijay's account on the same day. He informed me on Monday **th that the package will be received from train at *:** AM ! I was surprised , I always mentioned him to ship during day hours. However when I reached station on Tuesday **nd Morning *:** am to receive, I was told that it went to Mumbai and will be back next day night only. When I was constantly calling fishaway number , no response. I was in real trouble after paying entair payment. Also its very hard for the fis to live for so long. After trying over ** time they picked up my call and said that they have insurance of goods and its fault of railway, upon receiving of shipment they will refund me the amount or resend the shipment. Suddenly he called my on night ** pmand asked to reach station , he mentioned that shipment is coming in a special train. With thought in mind if I can save some life in it, I rushed to station and no train. Again i was standing helplessly there calling to their number and no reply. Local agents asked me to wait for next train at * a.m. , so I kept waiting till * to receive the percale. Finally when I received it I shocked .The package is completely damage and there is hardly any chance of life in it(pic attached). It costs me rupees **** approximately to travel tration and take shipment out from station at * a.m.Once I opened shipment at home immediately sent pictures in whatsapp to fishaway number **********. He hasn't sent all me fishes I have ordered for and also packed a dead fish. He called me back next day Nov **rd and said that he will resend in a day or two. Since then he is silent , not responding to call / whats app / email. I have asked multiple time to refund however complete silence at other end. I am now feeling cheated and humiliated , looking for your help and support.
