It has been more than a month I have applied and Paid for the connection and no connection yet. I am highly frustrated the way GTPL is working, their customer care people have no idea about anything, ask them when is the tentative date, they would not sure, ask them about refund of money, they don't know, mail them, only auto generated response you get.
I just want my money back now, if they can't get the connection done, how can I rely on future service with them. I do not want to get frustrated daily on issue with connection.
GTPL service is the worst!!!!
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
