Reliance Smart Peerzadiguda - Worst behaviour in store

Hai i m residance of peerzadiguda regularly i will buy all products in reliance store only but today i went to store to take some products like oil and ghee and butter so i collected ** packets of oil and waited for some time to make bill and at the time of billing store bill person was telling only * packets allowed so i asked them i waited for long time now ur telling at the time of billing and i requested them also i m regular customer even though they talked rudly and security person also raising voice to customer we will not give if u take it or leave it like this happen in store and not even no respect in store and i guided them to mention there it self per person allowed one * packets so that we can take only * its seems , pls take some action and guide them properly
