nivea.in - Worst and useless product received

Worst and useless body deodorant products from Nivea. This is to inform Nivea three days back I had purchased * bottles of Nivea fresh active and fresh ocean body deodorant but to my disappointment all * bottles are duplicate. How can a reputed company sell soapy water in the name of body deodorant? It's fooling and lying to the customers. Secondly, the contact form is not working so where to contact so I thought of posting this issue on Facebook.
As requested by Nivea and even after sharing my contact details and email there is no help or resolution of my complaint. This is literally fooling and lying from Nivea that someone from them will contact me or just a lie. I did a big mistake by choosing Nivea and purchasing the deodorant total wastage of money they are selling fake and duplicate products. Their deodorant is just soapy water. Nobody should ever go and purchase any of Nivea products. It's totally wastage of money.
