This is the worst airline, the staff is really rude. Cancelled my direct flight and I had to rebook a connecting flight, The staff is extremely rude and treated us as if we are their servants. This is a question on management. I know people still chose go first because of the cheap prices but I have now learnt a lesson hard way. Worst airline ever. I wish I could legally sue them and put a customer harassment case on them
