Nibbakrrkrk - Worng item delivered and my order is canceled by your end

I received wrong time actually at the time of receiving my order my status shows that placed at **th sep but I received that early and I opened my order that order is wrong item but now I want to return but in meesho app it shows canceled product...what can I do please help or otherwise or otherwise I will give complaint...I just want my money back or else I will take action...I don't want your product anymore it was totally a wrong item
