Connedit Business Solutions Private Limited - Worms found in Farmley s sunflower seeds

I am writing to you with much disappointment as a dedicated customer of Farmley. To my shock and dismay, I have found an insect in Farmley's Sunflower seed. I have attached the pictures depicting the same for your reference. As per the details provided on the packaging, the product was packaged on * September **** and is valid upto * June ****. Even though the package was refrigerated and is well within the validity period, I have come cross this insect in the packet.

I have been using this brand for a while now and had utmost faith in its quality and therefore purchase from Farmley brand, assuming it to be reliable and quality to be better than other brands in the market. I have dealt with stomach related health issues in the past and prioritise my health above everything. Had I consumed this insect with the product, I would have had to face severe health troubles. This has been a clear failure in quality check and the health of customers have been compromised by this act. I request you to look into the matter.

I am extremely disappointed and I hereby seek damages of Rs. *,**,***/- as compensation due to the above mentioned, which could have caused me serious harm.
