manav rachna international university - Workplace Harassment and clearance of Dues

Dear sir/mam,



I am writing to bring to your attention a grievance ( complaint) I have against Dean fad (Prof. Sunil Arora) and Management of manav rachna international university, who are harassing me mentally over the past * Year.



I was employed as Associate Professor at Manav Rachna International University, Faridabad, Haryana under the fad [Faculty of Architecture and Design Department] from August **** to August **** . Given below is the gist of my grievance against mriu



I was verbally & mentally harassed by Prof. Sunil Arora. When I reacted against his advances, I was threatened verbally and terminated from my duties without giving any notice period vide their letter no MRIIRS/DR-ADMN/****/*** dated *th August **** (Copy attached).



I have been waiting for my pending dues since June ****; I am escalating this issue to your notice as , I firmly believe that it is time to address the issue of harassment in the workplace to your notice to create a safer environment for the employees.



By this letter, I seek intervention & investigation for arranging my legitimate dues .



Attached please find a copy of my correspondence with the management of manav rachna international university for your reference & records.



Should the needs further details , I shall more than pleased to serve the for the right cause.
