This management so pathetic and ask us to work on every weekend and the way of communication with the employee is so aggressive and rude they threaten us if we do not work in weekend's or national holidays they will mark absent for whole week and deduct the salary and they have done so far with other employees as well so far if I wanted to ask anything to operational manager he ask us to shut our mouth and again threaten for termination letter no job security they this is the order im not asking any questions nor asking answer.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
