novelswriter com - work at home with prepayment and salary not paid after work s finisheed

I applied for a handwriting work with the company novelswriter.com and they collected ****rs from me to send the materials( a book,papers and *re pens) with the promise that it ll be shipped the next day. But it took multiple calls from my part to even get it shipped in * weeks. I asked for a refund and they denied it. Once I received the work I finished it and again the delay from their part in collection. Now they are saying some lines are missing from the second last page when it's clearly not and they are not sending that page but others to confuse me. I stated the page clearly to them and still they are denying it and denying payment.
I applied for the work via sara in whatsapp. The number is **********. One soumya is saying I missed these lines ( **********) . I transferred the money to Naveen kholi's gpay **********. I only noticed several others reporting they didn't receive the money.
