Hello sir/mam, I made a withdrawal request on **/**/**** of amount $*** in olymp trade app if was successful But my money has not reached to my bank i didn,t received any money in my account. My money has been not got credited to by bank account from past ** days i today i have reachout your support system but they have not given any reply in the social media i have send a message to olymp trade group india facebook account handled by XXX PERSON he has also not responding today i have requested through IMPS method .
FOR THE PROOF I AM ATTACHING A PDF FILE OF MY BANK ACCOUNT STATEMENT KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND SOLVE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE .
KINDLY IMPROVE YOUR SUPPORT STAFF OTHERWISE YOU WILL LOSE VALUE OF THE COMPANY .
