i booked * ticket on **.**.**** at s* thiyagaraja thiruvanmiyur but i recd the msg from bookmyshow on **.**.**** your tickets are cancelled at the time of *.** pm but im driving at the time of msg its really cheating without my request they are cancelled my ticket and instead of *** they are refunded in bookmyshow cash *** but im using my credit card only for my payment the are not refunded to my credit card also. while i make complaing in customer care they are again and again telling myself only cancel the ticket which is impossible to give the full refund.
