On dated I hv maild to IRCTC official email I.e. (Dear IRCTC,
We saw news regarding all trains /express cancelled for further
instructions by indian govt i.e (due to corana virus... all railway
reservation will cancelled by IRCTC or by customer, passenger will get
***% refund)
Please confirm the same & what is the procedure.
How & when & where refund amount will reflect??
