Janapriyo Real Estate Pvt Ltd - Withholding my money

Upon cancellation of my booked plot KCE-*** at Kalyani City Enclave, this firm had to refund me Rs *,**,***/-as per agreement. They paid only Rs *,**,***/-on **/**/****. As on today this firm Janapriyo Real Estate has been withholding remaining **% ( Rs ******/-) of my due. Neither their lawyer nor the firm itself is responding even though I send back original agreement, booking form and EMI receipts to this firm, which their lawyer put forth in writing to obtain back remaining **% amount.
