Parimatch Batting Co - Withdrawn amount is not credited to my bank account

I've withdrawn amount from my parimatch wallet on *th April ****/- rupees and **th April *****/- rupees. But amount is not credited to my bank account. But the amount is reduced from my parimatch wallet.
