Bit coin trading company - Withdrawed amount to trading address but trading company is saying they did not receive

I was told to buy bit coins via wazirx and asked to withdraw to bitcoim trading company's address after amount sent to them they are saying that they haven't received amount and they are asking me to deposit again....
I want you people to check whether it is really stuck in between or the company is making me fool and I want you to not trade with this company.
