These applications are fraudulent in nature. They lure game users in to gambling with the help of social media content creators and cheat with them.
I made two withdrawals of ₹**** and ₹**** on *th of April ****. The status of those withdrawals is in Processing. That means, they'll ask you to wait for *-* days as the payment is stuck with payment gateway or banks. All this communication goes through their bot customer service. There is no human handling any user queries. Bot will reply to your mails and ask you to wait for * mins, even if you continue to stay in the chat with the bot. After * hours, it'll pop up the same text like "Kripya karke hamy thoda samay dijiye, ham check kar rahe hai".
I'd request to block all these gaming channels which are illegal and ruining our future.
