I try to get my amount withdraw from Betway and i applied for it on friday and the method is chosen for withdrawal was astropay and the amount should be transferred within** hours but i did not got the amount till tuesday. after that they closed my account on Wednesday that is yesterday. When i asked about why they closed my account then they said we found your statements concerning and at that time i had ***** INR in my betting account. I told them what about my money they said that it will be transferred to your preferred payment method. I did not got the money after ** hours in astropay wallet, when i asked about that on live chat, the customer executive said that your funds will get transferred in *-* days but when i said i chose astropay for payment method. They said they have closed deposit and withdrawal from astropay. Although did transferred to my astropay wallet on monday. And in two days time they have removed astropay. I told them i would like to get my money on neteller or skrill but they told me that it will go to your bank account which is a dormant account. I told them the transaction will fail even if you tried to transfer it but that customer executive end the chat without even chaning my preferred payment method. i already emailed them and there is no other way to contact them. Even if you tried on live chat, you will have to wait for more than * hour to get your number and then customer agent end the chat whenever he wants. I dont know whether i will get my money. please help.
