Flop teenpatti games - Withdrawal problem

On **th june ** i played floop teen patti games and won rs ***** and withdrawn and transferred to my account and again **nd june ** won rs ***** transferred
With reference to the above subject i would like to your kind notice that on**.*.**** i played Flop teen patti game and won rs*****/= and transmitted to my account, again on**nd june **** i won rs*****/= and tranferred to my account. On the withdral statement of the company it shows fund transfer as success but the money not at all transferred to my account. On my submitting my appeal they asked refund interface, on that basis i submitted the statement of my bank account showing the details of not having received money from the company. After several requests through their official mail, they have not positively responded and acted upon. I informed them about the apeal and request they were not bothered to refund
Hence i sincerely request your good office to arrange to refund my money for which iam legally entitled.
