I am writing to file a complaint regarding my pending withdrawal from Parimatch. I requested a withdrawal of ₹**,*** on **/**/****, but the amount has still not been credited to my bank account.

Ticket Numbers: ******** / ********
It has been more than ** days since I placed the withdrawal request, but the status still shows "New/Pending." Despite raising support tickets, the issue has not been resolved.
I request the company to either:
Credit the ₹**,*** to my bank account immediately, or
Provide the UTR / transaction proof for the withdrawal.
If the issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate the matter to appropriate consumer authorities and cybercrime authorities in India.
I request urgent action on this matter.
