I have placed a withdrawal of **** on **rd oct till today I haven't received money. When I tried to reach out to daffa customer service they Just sending automated emails and messages stating that they will solve in ** hrs but even after * days they are telling same and withdrawal was not received to me. I even shared my bank statement after asked me but they haven't even replied to statement email. Please help me here
