I made a withdrawal request on parimatch but it was rejected stating that there is no payment method available even though it was in available options. When I contacted the customer service they are saying that it will be resolved soon but they aren't giving any specific timeframe and I was also blocked one time for requesting withdrawal. Can you please help me resolve this issue of mine
