Parimatch India parimatch - Withdrawal not received and multiple deposits not credited by Parimatch

I am facing multiple unresolved financial issues with Parimatch across my accounts.

In my main account, a withdrawal of ₹**,*** has not been credited to my bank account despite being processed from the Parimatch side. It has been a long time, and I have not received the funds nor any clear update.

Additionally, I have made multiple deposits which were successfully debited from my bank account but were never credited to my Parimatch wallet. The details are as follows:

- Deposit *: ₹***

All these transactions were completed successfully from my bank side, but the amounts are missing from my Parimatch account.

I have raised support tickets earlier, and in one case, the ticket was marked as “resolved” after several months without actually crediting the amount or issuing a refund. This is unacceptable.

Also, I have another account where I have faced similar deposit-related issues, which raises serious concerns about the platform’s reliability and handling of user funds.

This situation has caused me financial loss and mental stress.

I request the following:
*. Immediate credit or refund of all pending deposit amounts (₹*,*** total)
*. Immediate processing of my withdrawal of ₹**,***
*. Proper explanation for the delay and mishandling of my funds

If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to escalate the matter to:
- My bank for dispute/chargeback
- Cyber Crime authorities in India
- Consumer complaint platforms and legal action

I have all necessary proofs including transaction IDs, bank statements, and screenshots.

I expect an urgent resolution.
