I placed a crypto withdrawal request on bitbns platform. The crypto network transactions takes just a few minutes to complete. But in bitbns, it's been a day and my transaction is not even initiated yet. It means that the issue is from the bitbns side as the transaction id is not generated yet. I raised a ticket regarding this to which they replied and blamed the crypto network for late transaction. The crypto network is working fine on other exchanges. The fault is on their side and they are not acknowledging it. They have such an obsolete customer care system.They just offer to raise a ticket for our issue to which we don't get proper replies.They don't even have a contact number anywhere on the internet. This issue is being faced by thousands of customers. Is this a scam? Are they holding people's money for their own profit? I had also placed an INR withdrawal request on **th and **th June. It mentioned that it will take max * working days. It is ** June now and the amount has not been transferred to my account. Many of the fellow traders which I've come across online are facing the exact same issues. Please look into this. Thank you.
