On *th April at *.** a.m I made a withdrawal under instant withdrawal process. The amount should have been settled immediately but it didn't. Then the things started of daily follow up where I only get one patent answer we have processed their night be downtime at your bank end. Secondly I was told that wait for ** hours it will either be reversed or settled. Neither has happened till . Today morning when I followed up I am being told wait for more time as today is weekend. They have been torturing the customers like this time and again. What I understand is that if you win big these people will have *** excuses to not process the amount. If they process the next you deposit to play you will be made to loose that's how these systems are operating.
Mentally I am frustrated by them now and I want to take a legal action against them as they are just looting people and nothing else
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
