Complaint Regarding Withdrawal Not Credited – ** Days Delay
Dear Parimatch Support Team,
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my withdrawal request which has still not been credited to my bank account.
The details are as follows:
Withdrawal Amount: ₹****
Withdrawal Date: ** January ****
Status in App: Processed Successfully
Although the withdrawal shows “processed successfully” in the app, the amount has not been credited to my bank account till now. It has already been more than ** days, and I have not received any proper response or resolution from your side.
I kindly request you to check this matter urgently and provide the transaction reference number or ensure the immediate credit of the amount to my bank account.
If the issue is not resolved at the earliest, I will be forced to escalate the matter by filing complaints with consumer grievance portals and cybercrime authorities.
I hope you will treat this matter seriously and resolve it as soon as possible.
