Wazirx - Withdrawal Issues

I had deposited **** in wazirx for investing in crypto, it took long for the deposition to be complete so I invested in another app. I placed request to withdraw the money way a few days before **th, it took them a while to accept the request but they showed it to be complete on **th of May ****, the amount was **** as ** rs was deducted. They say it takes * working days. It has been much more than that. I have tried to get in touch with them and raised many tickets but I just get the automated emails. It's **th June now and there is still no money in my account. They aren't contacting me and there is no way of getting in direct contact with them. In my last email, I mentioned I will be escalating the issue but there is still nothing on that. My money has literally been stuck with them for ** some ays when I could have invested it. Please help me with this. Thank you.
