Matchon fantasy cricket app - Withdrawal issue with Fantasy App

I have deposited few thousands on Matchon Fantasy App and played many contests in the same. The app, like any other app requires verification of account (PAN & Bank account verification) to make withdrawal. I have been trying to verify my account from past * months, however every time the verification gets rejected. Also, have been mailing them from * months for which they dont revert. No other way to contact as they dont have toll free number as well. It seems they are in no mood to return my money.
Request your help to get me my money back. Thanks in anticipation.
