Teen patti castle owned and run by bakiin co Ltd - Withdrawal issue in the application teen patti castle

I played teen patti castle which is run and owned by Bakin co. Ltd. At the start, they sent my withdrawal of Rs *** sucessful. After that I recharge with approximately Rs ****(I have transaction details with me) and I played in this teen patti castle game with all my faithfulness. I won Rs **,*** but apps allowed me to withdraw only Rs **,***. I withdraw only that of Rs ***** but did not credited in my bank account. I have sent many mgs to the customer support team and they reply me that Your withdrawal is in audit reveiw, it will take *day wait till that day. I have waited with patience for more */*days but didn't credited or report any issues regarding the failure. I have sent many mgs regarding my issue but they sent to me only the fake mgs...they mentioned in the mgs is that "your withdrawal is in audit reveiw and we will notify it immediately when it is finished". They have taken my hard earned money. The customer support for their apps is useless. So, i would like file a case against them for misleading the innocent people.
