ANNUJ SACHDEVA filed complaint against Dafabet on Aug 28, 2025
I made a withdrawal request from my Dafabet sports wallet on **-Aug-**** for an amount of ₹ ****** via [Bank Transfer].
The transaction ID provided by Dafabet is [*********]. According to Dafabet’s own withdrawal policy, funds should reflect in the bank within *–* business days. However, even after ** days, the funds have not been credited to my bank account.
I have contacted Dafabet support multiple times, but I only receive generic replies such as “please wait” without any proof of transfer or a UTR (Unique Transaction Reference). My bank has confirmed that no funds have been received.
This is causing financial stress and appears to be an unfair delay in processing legitimate withdrawals.
Relief Sought:
*. Immediate credit of my withdrawal amount of ₹ ****** to my bank account.
*. A valid UTR / ARN number or proof of transfer from Dafabet.
*. Compensation for the delay and inconvenience caused ₹ *******
