I have played Namaste TeenPatti for more than * months now yesterday at ** February **** i tried to withdraw ₹*** but even after waiting for ** hours i didn't received my money and so i click it again it said urging withdrawal even after that i wait another ** hours and so i wait * whole days to receive my ₹*** and still didn't received it, and on ** February **** i tried to withdraw₹*** again and just like before i didn't received it, to maximize the problem there's no normal customer service in the game the game only provide a bot customer service who reply the message off topic and couldn't have any meaning for us to explain i would like to make a complaint about this game and the way of their dealing with withdrawal.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
