Hello Support Team,
This is my final follow-up regarding my withdrawal of ₹[****] (Withdrawal ID: *********).
Despite your status showing 'Successful' and the provision of a transaction id ([*********]), my bank has confirmed in writing that NO such funds have been received or are pending in my account.
I have waited for more than [**] days, and receiving the same automated 'Wait' response is no longer acceptable. A 'Successful' status without the actual credit of funds indicates a failure at your payment gateway's end.
I request you to:
Re-verify the transaction status with your payment partner immediately.
If the transaction has failed or reversed, credit the amount back to my Parimatch wallet instantly.
Provide a clear resolution within ** hours.
. If this is not resolved, I will be forced to escalate this matter on all social media platforms and consumer forums.
