"On Friday, I withdrawal **** Rs in my AstroPay web wallet. On the same day, I received an email saying that my web wallet payment is not being accepted and that I should use another withdrawal method. However, my payment is stuck in the 'processing commenced' stage, so I'm unsure how to proceed with the withdrawal. I tried to contact them through chat, but it doesn't connect, and they haven't replied to my emails even after waiting the whole day."
