Daffabet sports - Withdrawal and account block concern

My account name is akhileshwart**. I made a withdrawal request on */**/**** **:** ist of **** rs. It's been more than ** days my money has not been credited. I contacted live chat and sent multiple mails but none of them responded. They simply say will look into it and do nothing. So I sent an email to them asking to delete my account which the account has my personal info. They stopped replying and even the live chat is not helping. I wanted to file a case against daffabet app.
