MD AZHARUDDIN filed complaint against Binomo on Jul 17, 2025
On **st November ****, I placed a withdrawal request of ₹**,*** from my Binomo trading account. The withdrawal ID is c***da**c**b*fbc*cd**dce*db*****.
Binomo claimed on **th November **** that the payment was “Successfully Processed,” but to date (over * months), I have **not received this amount** in my bank account.
After continuous follow-ups via their support and chat teams, I was provided with a UTR number which appears to be **fake or invalid**, as confirmed by my bank. My bank also sent an official email asking me to respond within * working days.
I have already received ₹**,*** of another withdrawal separately, which proves that other transactions were credited. However, **this ₹**,*** is still missing**, and Binomo is now refusing to take further responsibility.
This has caused me **mental harassment, financial hardship**, and extreme inconvenience. Despite proof and continuous communication, the issue remains unresolved.
Now, I request Voxya to help escalate this matter and take **strict legal action** against Binomo and help me get back my pending withdrawal.
