Tiranga Game - Withdrawal amount not received almost from past 1 week

I have made a withdrawal amount of Rs.*****/- on *nd November **** at *:**.a.m. after investing Rs.*****/- but yet the withdrawal amount is not credited in the Bank and the withdrawal history of the Tiranga app is showing withdrawal successful so after complaining them of the said issue amd also providing with the bank statement several times but they have not yet transferred the winning amount.
