Parimatch - Withdrawal amount not received

I have made withdrawal on ** July **** from parimatch account to my bank account in parimatch account showing amount transferred successful but in my bank account amount not received when I checked with parimatch team asked me to send bank conformation letter for the transaction also I have shared bank conformation through mail to parimatch that the transaction not found parimatch is doing farud without sending my money
