I have played this game for almost one week. I have won ₹*** two times and I had submit amount *** two times and tried to withdraw my balance from the app on ** April and again second one on ** aprail. However, I have not received any response regarding my withdrawal.
The processing time has already passed, and the status only shows "dunned." I have also reported this issue to their online service, but I have not received any response from them.
I want my money and a proper explanation for why I have not received my withdrawal even after several days of submitting the request. I have also taken screenshots of the times I attempted to withdraw.
